Come along to our Postgraduate Open Day and discover all there is to know about our wide range of postgraduate taught courses, research degrees and professional development options at the University of Huddersfield. Our next event is Wednesday 16th November, 3:00-5:30pm. 

What to expect

Our Postgraduate Open Day gives you the chance to speak one-to-one with academics, meet current students, ask any burning questions and talk to our service teams such as finance, careers, wellbeing and disability, and DIGs accommodation. We also offer campus tours to give you a feel for what our campus is like.

Our recruitment team will be on hand to help you with your application, whether you need pointers on how to fill it out, or if you have you a few questions you need answering before you submit it. You may even receive an on-the-spot offer!

On the day you will have the opportunity to attend the following talks:

Postgraduate Study and Finance Talk – 3:30 - 4:15pm

Discover the many postgraduate taught and research options open to you. Learn more about the different aspects of undertaking postgraduate study and the funding support available.

Student Panel – 4:15 - 4:45pm

Ask our current postgrad students and researchers about their experiences of studying at the University of Huddersfield. Find out about the community, support available and opportunities to network.
