Although you'll find lots of information about the University of Huddersfield on our website, an Open Day is a great way to get a feel for what studying with us is really like.
Whether you're attending an online or on-campus event, it's a great chance to talk to staff and current students from the course you're interested in. And if you're visiting a campus event, you'll be able to look at the facilities and get a feel for where you could be studying.
Either way we don't want you to miss out on seeing what Huddersfield has to offer.

Gain a professional accreditation alongside your degree. Students at the University of Huddersfield can study for the Global Professional Award alongside their undergraduate degree. Full-time, undergraduate first degrees with a minimum duration of three years. This does not include postgraduate, foundation, top-up, accelerated or apprenticeship degrees.
*Our staff rank in the top three in England for the proportion who hold doctorates, who have higher degrees, and hold teaching qualifications (HESA 2022).

Subject talks online
Learn about the subject you plan to study.
Our academics are holding live talks about the subject areas at Huddersfield. This is your opportunity to learn more about the subject you’re interested in. Plus, you’ll be able to ask questions at the end of the talk.
Campus tours (virtual and on-campus)
You might not have had chance to visit campus but that doesn’t mean you can’t see it. Let our student reps take you around campus on a recorded tour of the key locations. Plus, if you’d like to explore for yourself then our interactive map is full of 360 views, information and videos.
